Thanksgiving Weekend

We spent Thanksgiving at the triplets house with a bunch of family members.  While dad did a little fishing Friday, Josie and Mom went to the park to play on the swings and go for a walk. Saturday we went to Josie's friend Marina's 4th Birthday Party, where everyone was able to ride ponies and play with bubbles!!  We all had a blast. 

Josie is now six months old; I know we can hardly believe it.  In addition to milk, she is eating three meals a day.  Mostly homemade fruits, veggies, oatmeal and brown rice.  We'll be starting formula in the next couple of weeks. Over the holiday weekend we attempted to eliminate her 9pm "dream feed".  Now she eats dinner, gets a bath, than milk, so she is in bed by 7:30pm.  The last couple of mornings she woke up about 7am and played in her crib/cat napped until we grabbed her about 8am.  Let's hope she keeps this up!  Josie is sitting up by herself, rolling over and spinning around on her belly.  She also giggles endlessly when she gets to play with Guapo.

Playing At The Park

Josie's Great Aunt Kaka was in town last week, so a bunch of the cousins went to the park.  Of course I had to work late that day,.....but dad had lots of fun!!!  Josie also got to play with her friend Kimmy on the slide.  Thanks for taking pictures Aunt Sara!

Sunday was Great Grandma Wingett's 80th Birthday Party.  Josie was able to play some of her second cousins and friends.



Aunt Katie's Birthday & Santa's Wonderland

Friday night we went to Grammy's and Grampy's to celebrate Aunt Katie's birthday.  Josie played with her cousin Lily's pony and the girls also played in the bath tub!  Lily showed Josie how to use her voice, so she's been practicing ever since.  On Sunday we went to Bass Pro so Josie could see Santa.  She looked at him very curiously and did not cry. 

5 1/2 Months....

On Friday Josie went to the doctor for a check-up and some shots.  As usual, she did great!!  Here are her new stats:

Weight: 16.6 pounds, 85%
Height: 25 3/4 inches, 80%

She is sitting-up pretty good on her own, but isn't quite ready to be on her own just yet.  Last weekend was a lazy weekend.  Josie and mom took lots of naps and watched cartoons in bed.  We did manage to play with her friend Gracie, but mom forgot her camera....and we went to the carnival with just a few of Josie's cousins lol (as many of you might have seen already).

Halloween Weekend

It was a very busy weekend for us.  On Saturday, Josie met her friend Kailyn (along with some other friends) at Countryside Shops for some prehallween fun. 

On Sunday we went to her friend Gracie's first birthday party.  Josie didn't wear her costume there, we figured we would save it for later that night.  Along with some other friends, Josie's cousins Lily, Carmine and Dominic were also at the party.

After the party we went to Grammy and Grampy's house for more Hallween festivities.  Even more of Josie's cousins were there, yup can you believe it more cousins!  We were so busy I didn't get pictures of everyone (sorry triplets), but I did manage to get one of Lily pushing Josie out of her custom built wagon lol.
