Tooth Fairy

Josie has two loose teeth.  One a little looser than the other, but not too lose.  Today she decided to open a soap container so her and Hayes could smell the soap.  Only she attempted to open it with her teeth....and she ripped out one of her lose teeth!

Josie wrote a letter to the tooth fairy telling her what happened! Josie is still in shock that she lost her her tooth.  "It feels funny"

Josie had officially stopped sucking her thumb!!!

Keeping Busy

My friends husband is a childrens book illustrator; so we went to his book signing.  He drew pictures and talked about how is color blind to blue and yellow. We hung out at the book store for about two hours, watching other presentations.

We finally put up our water slide our friends gave us. Everyone had fun playing on it.

We also recently celebrated Grandma Wingett's 85th Birthday!!

Both kids got bloody noses this week..Hayes somehow had his knee hit his nose in a chair and Josie was accidentally head butted on the school playground.

School Activities

Kinder garden has been a little bit of a transition for all of us.  Hayes has been doing good in Ms Valerie's class too. So far so good!

Happy Halloween

Both Josie and Hayes had school parades.  As Aunt Katie says Hayes decided not to wear his dinosaur costume, instead he dressed like his dad! He still had fun marching and having snacks with mom. He even found a friend with a similar costume.   Josie had a parade too and I was able to help with fall rotations. Josie didn't know I was coming until I surprised her during lunch. Later Cheri picked us up and we all went back to Summit Questa for Trunk or Treat. Josie had fun hanging out with some of her old friends and as you can see Hayes still didn't dress up.

Halloween night we trick or treated with all of our cousins and Grammys and pops.   All 13 kids had a blast.
