March Update

Things are going really well with Baby W2.  So far we are still on schedule for around May 2.  I'll be delivering at the same hospital Josie was born at (Coral Springs Medical Center). I'm not sure if I'll have any more ultrasounds, so we don't know if this baby has any hair or who it looks like.  Baby W2's heartbeat has ranged from the high 130's to the low 150's.  Josie knows there is a baby in my belly and loves to give it kisses and poke it lol... Daddy's still got it in him!! Of course he turned the Red Rat Snake lose in a "safer" place in our backyard.  Unlike Uncle Johnel. lol

The weather has been pretty warm lately, so last weekend Josie played with the hose and in her swimming pool. She also helped me give Guapo a bath.

Cousin Gabriella might live hundreds of miles away, but great minds think alike.  Especially since the girls were both doing the same thing at the same time.
Grammy and Grampy want to make sure Josie is able to keep up with her Dad, and not play with snakes.  So they got Josie her first work bench.  She loves it!!

Grandmother and Grandfather have also been enjoying the nice weather, hanging out in front of their rose bush.

Josie started swim lessons today.  She had so much fun and one of her friends from gymnastics is in her class.  Josie also went to the doctor since she's had a cough on and off of about a month now.  The doctor, mom and dad were all very, very surprised to find out Josie has an ear infection.  Yup, her first one.  She hasn't been rubbing her ear or anything.

March Madness

We started off March by going to the Orange Blossom Parade during the day with Josies cousins and then meeting up with a bunch of friends and family for the Rodeo that night.

We've managed to stay pretty busy lately.  With Aunt Nicole, Elizabeth and Gabby visiting the other weekend.  The girls had a blast hanging out together!!  We went for an evening stroll on Hollywood Beach and enjoyed pizza and ice cream.  Josie had her own ice cream cone with sprinkles.  I figured she wouldn't mind sharing it with me; boy was I wrong.  She ate the almost the entire thing by herself.  When I asked her if I could have some she tole me mo a.k.a. no.

Josie also went to her second air boat show.  Her friends Marina and Blake joined us.  They all had sooo much just being together there.  Papa a.k.a. Grampy took Josie on her first Super Slide ride (check out the video).  Before we left the Dads took everyone on a buggy ride.  All the kids loved it. After we went back to their house for more play time and dinner.

Even after all this fun we managed do one last visit to see Grandmother and Grandfather before Josie becomes a big sister.  As usual Josie wanted to ride and cried when she had to give her cousins a turn.  So she got ride again.

Grandfather has been collecting wood for our fire pit.  So when we got home Josie helped Daddy unload his truck.

Josie is growing up so fast.  Now she likes to make decisions for herself, such as what she wants to eat.  Lately, she has been surviving on bananas and yogurt.  She says things like yum, I like this, truck, car, digger, fish, eat. She likes to tell us when she is ready to leave someplace.  She says things like go, car, home...

Also two of our good friends have had baby's in the last week.  Our friends John and Julie's daughter Ema is now a big sister to Kate.  Chrysten and Kurt welcomed their healthy baby boy here yesterday.!!
