Josie's First Christmas, First Cookie & Another New Cousin Has Arrived

Josie, mom and dad had a blast spending our first Christmas together.  The three of us opened gifts at home.  Josie had sooo much fun opening her own presents.  Then we went to Grammy and Grampy's house  where Josie got to check out her stocking that Grammy hand made.  Josie also got to spend time with her Great Grandmas and cousins.

On Sunday the gals (Josie and I) took their first road trip alone.  We decided to surprise everyone and drive up to Ocala to visit with Grandmother, Grandfather, Aunt Nicole, Uncle Rob and Cousins Elizabeth and Gabriella. They were all very surprised.

Josie is now 7 months old and knows what food is.  So if you she sees you eating something, you better have enough to share with her.  Grandfather figured this out while he was eating a reindeer cupcake....needless to say Josie got to eat the entire Vanilla Wafer off the cupcake.   Yup, her first cookie and she loved it.  While we were gone, dad had enough time to put Josie's trike together.  As soon as we got got home Josie took it for a ride.  She loves it!!!

Josies new Cousin Molly Jane arrived Wednesday (12/29).  She looks very different  than her big sister Lily.  Molly joined us at 1:11pm and weighed in at 6lbs 15oz and is 19in long.  She also has a full head of hair.  Everyone is healthy and doing great.

Josie's First Hanukkah, Freckle & Tooth

Yup, it's the first for quite a few things for Josie.  Last weekend Grandmother & Grandfather came down to visit with everyone.  Josie celebrated her first Hanukkah, which included getting a rocking pony. She loves her pony.  She rides it so much she rides/rocks herself to sleep on it.  The other week we noticed her first freckle; under her right forearm.  FINALLY, her first (bottom) tooth has started breaking through the gum.

Dad was out of town for the weekend, but we kept busy hanging out with a bunch of Josie's cousins.  We watched Grace & Hannah get their ears pierced at the mall Saturday.  The girls look beautiful.  Then on Sunday we went with the triplets so they could visit Santa at BassPro.  We also ate lunch there, yup we all at lunch.  It was Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Katie, Aunt Sharon, Uncle Johnel, Grace, Zachary, Alexander, Josie & I (Aunt Sara & Lily had to leave....Lily wasn't feeling it  ).  We all had a blast and everyone who stayed was on their best behavior.  I kind of like going places with the triplets; they keep Josie entertained.  On our way home Josie and I stopped to play with friends Marina and Blake.  Then came home to see dad.

We did some holiday and family photo's a few weeks ago with one of Aunt Sharon's friends. I've posted some of the holiday pictures.  Family photos will be uploaded soon.  Enjoy the video's and pict's.
