Hayes doesn't use a bottle anymore and he knows what he wants; so you better give it to him. Today Josie was eating one of Aunt Kakas famous cookies and Hayes spotted it. I tried to give him an animal cracker, but that ended up in Guapo's dish...needless to say Hayes had a cookie too. Hayes now understands certain words....and he's not just coping Josie cause she's not always doing what we ask "tubby time, time to brush teeth, load up, and sit on Dora (the kid's couch).

Hayes First Catch
Yup, like father like son. Hayes had his first bug catch Tuesday, June 4th. It was a sunny afternoon and we were all out front playing (riding bikes and walking around). Hayes was independently walking back and forth on the sidewalk when he spotted the bug. Yup, it was going to be his; a centipede. He grabbed it, like he had done it a million times before. Hayes pranced all over showing his big sister, mom and dad. Although it was priceless I didn't have a camera on me.... Now Hayes walks around staring down and stopping to check out any dark spot on the floor.

Rainbow Springs
Hayes one year molars are all breaking thru now and he is fully mobil. Hayes favorite thing to do is to climb on top of ANYTHING. He listens great, so far, to load up, tubby time and time to brush teeth. Josie is a pro at riding her bike, although we are still working on using the breaks.
