First's Of Many

Everyone has been pretty busy lately with school starting. Grace, Zachary, Alexander, Gabriella, Molly all started school for the first time and they all love it. Elizabeth is now kindergarten and Lily's in VPK. Hayes is doing great in the one year old room and Josie really likes her teacher and Bambino, the class pet rabbit.  Josie also went to the dentist for the first time to get her teeth counted, the sugar bugs out and sparkles put in. She did great and didn't even cry!  We also went to a bowling party. Hayes loved climbing on the ball return and getting a ball and pushing it down the lane with the help of his big sister.   Nicole won her first triathlon!!! You go girl, you inspire us all to excerise and eat cheese burgers and cookies like you did to win lol.

Oh yea, Hayes also had his first Big Donut, picked out by his big sister!! He ate it all.

Hanging Out In Ocala

Now that summer has come to an end we figured we would one last long weekend in up at Ocala. The kids always have so much when their together. Now that Hayes is walking he stands at the fence and talks to the horses (he was obsessed) with them). One of the times I was feeding, and Hayes was helping of course, he went into TP's paddock watched him eat and then put some hay in his bucket and walked out the gate. Hayes Ali's found lots of bugs to check out. And, we all had lots of fun checking out Uncle Robs new fire station. Uncle Rob even honked the horn and turned the lights on he they ran ran a call on our visit. Hayes always, always has his tong out if his mouth. We knew it was only a matter of time....he missed judged the side of the tub and slipped. His tong will have a mark for a few days. He recovered pretty quickly.

Summer's Over

The summer is finally coming to an end. Josie recently went to the final Summer Series Rodeo, where she got her ribbon for ribbon pulling and even participated in the group photo this year. Our friend George even let her ride his horse Red.

We've done a lot of school shopping lately, which has been pretty boring and especially tiring (Hayes is passed out in that pict). The kids had their first Orang jewelious; they loved it!!  Hayes is understanding so much and him and Josie have been starting to play together more and more. Hayes new obsession is bugs!! He gets down on all four and lays next/over top of it. He's even added the word bug (and Guapo) to his vocabulary.
